Invoices are automatically generated and sent via email depending on your location and type of purchase. Here’s how it works:
Customers outside the EU: If you are located outside of the EU, an invoice will be sent to your email automatically once your order has shipped.
Companies within the EU: If you’re purchasing on behalf of a company and need a VAT invoice, you must register a business account before placing your order. This is required in order to:
- Be eligible for VAT-free purchasing (if applicable)
- Have your company VAT number printed on the invoice
Please note:
- It is not possible to retroactively convert a consumer order into a business purchase.
- We cannot issue VAT refunds or modify billing details after an order has been placed.
