Orders are sent automatically to our warehouse and printing partners as soon as they are placed so production can begin right away. This helps us ship quickly, but also means that cancellations are time-sensitive and not always possible.
If you contact us immediately after placing your order, we will always do our best to stop it. However, there is a short delay before your message reaches our customer service team, and additional time is needed to contact the warehouse. During this time, the order may already have entered production or been prepared for dispatch.
Please note that shipping status updates are not always shown in real time. Orders may already be on their way even if the tracking page has not yet been updated.
Once an order has entered production or left the warehouse, we are unfortunately no longer able to cancel it. If a cancellation is not possible, the order will be delivered as planned and can be returned according to our return policy after delivery.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order and we will check what can be done.
