Find your Postery Order Number

Your Postery order number is printed on the delivery note, included in the package.

Get a return label

1. Proceed to the H&M UK return portal: postery.com/hm-returns.
2. Login with your 11-digit Postery order number (starting with "22") and select items to return.
3. A Royal Mail digital return code (QR code) will be generated - save it.
4. Bring the parcel and Royal Mail QR-code to a post office to ship your return.
5. H&M will issue a refund within 1-5 days of your return arriving at the return centre.
