We have received information that PostNord is currently experiencing an operational disruption in Sweden related to a change of transport partner, which has delayed inbound deliveries to one of their terminals.
As a result, some shipments to customers in Sweden have not yet received their first scan in PostNord’s system. If your tracking shows that PostNord has not yet received the parcel, this delay is the reason.
Affected deliveries within Sweden are now estimated to reach recipients between March 3–6. Please note that these are estimated delivery times.
