I got an email saying my order was delivered but I did not receive it, what do I do?
Sometimes the delivery driver marks the package as delivered a little too soon. Wait 24 hours, check any areas around your house where the package may have been left, and see if your neighbours may have accepted the parcel on your behalf.
Follow the link in the delivery confirmation email to get more information and see if the carrier provided additional instructions for where to collect your parcel.
If your order has not turned up after 48 hours, reply to the delivery email to contact customer care. If your order was delivered by DHL you will need to download and fill in the below form and attach it to your email to us.
