Has my order been shipped?
We generally ship orders within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is in the hands of our carrier. If your order will be shipped later we will send you an email with a new estimated shipping date.
The tracking says my package has not yet been picked up by the carrier, why?
Once we dispatch your order, the tracking status changes to show that a shipment has been prepared but not yet collected by the carrier. This status will remain for some time even though the parcel has been handed over to the courier. How long this takes depends on which courier is transporting your package. Check your shipping confirmation email for more details.
Orders shipped by Bring may not receive tracking updates for the first 2-4 days of the transport.
