When do I pay for my order?
We do not charge for your order until we ship it. Klarna may put a hold on your card for the order amount, but it will not be charged until your order is on its way to you.
Why was my card charged before you shipped my order?
Payment notifications are often instantaneous, while our shipping confirmations are sent as soon as we receive a scheduled delivery date from our carrier. This means your package may be well on its way before you receive an email confirming the shipment. If we charged for the order, it means the package has been sent, and you will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours.
Do I have to pay the invoice before my order arrives?
No - if the delivery is delayed, simply visit Klarna.com or use the Klarna app to pause your invoice until the order arrives.
