You can return items within 90 days of receiving them. The items must be unused in their original packaging. For frames, this includes the plastic seal and the protective film on both sides of the acrylic glass.
What about damaged or defective products?

What is the return fee?
A return fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
