Before your order is shipped, it goes through a production and packing process. This normally takes 1–3 business days from the time your order is confirmed.
What happens during production?
Once your order is confirmed, our production team produces and packs your items. Depending on what you ordered, this can include:
Printing your poster(s)
Quality checking the print
Assembling a frame (if ordered)
Securely packing everything for shipping
When will my order ship?
Once production is complete, your order is handed over to the carrier and you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. This typically happens within 1–3 business days of your order being confirmed.
If it has been fewer than 5 business days since your order was confirmed, there is no cause for concern — your order is being produced and will ship soon.
If your order was confirmed more than 5 business days ago and you have not received a shipping confirmation, we're working hard to ship it as soon as possible, but you may contact us and we'll look into it for you.
