You can return items within 90 days of ordering them. The items must be unused in their original packaging. For frames, this includes the plastic seal and the protective film on both sides of the acrylic glass.
The return parcel may take up to 30 days to reach Postery’s return center. During this time, you can track the shipment status using the tracking information provided by the carrier. Once your return is processed at the return center, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds are typically deposited into your account within 1–5 business days after processing.
