Delivery failures can occur for various reasons, often related to incorrect or incomplete address details. We can usually make minor corrections to the delivery address if your order has not been shipped. To minimize the need for corrections, ensure that the delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order. Include all necessary details such as the street name, building number, postal code, and, if applicable, the business name.

If your order has already been shipped, we are unfortunately unable to make changes. Instead, contact the carrier directly to see if you can correct the address or if the package can be redirected to a pickup point where you can collect it.

If the package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will issue a refund, though a return fee may apply.

The responsibility for entering the correct delivery address rests with the customer. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

For example, when shipping to a business, include the business name in the address line. Double-check all details such as the street name, building number, and postal code to ensure accuracy.
